Universal 15-hour funding

The funded 15-hours is calculated on a term-time basis (38 weeks a year). Wild Explorers is open all year round, except for 2 weeks at Christmas. Therefore, the funding is stretched over 50 weeks meaning you will get 11.4 of funding hours maximum per week.

Universal 30-hour funding

The funded 30-hours is calculated on a term-time basis (38 weeks a year). Wild Explorers is open all year round, except for 2 weeks at Christmas. Therefore, the funding is stretched over 50 weeks meaning you will get 22.8 of funding hours maximum per week. 

Please note that Wild Explorers can share funded hours with alternative childcare providers should you split settings. Wild Explorers are unable to advise on your own personal eligibility.
